Terms of Service

TradeEntrance ("the Service") is operated by Creekstone Exterior Services LLC ("Creekstone," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What TradeEntrance Is

TradeEntrance is an independent, self-directed study tool consisting of flashcards, interactive math visualizers, and reference material intended to help users review general math and reading skills relevant to trade-apprenticeship aptitude testing.

2. No Affiliation or Endorsement

TradeEntrance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC/NJATC-EWMC), any Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC), any labor union, or any employer, testing body, or aptitude-test publisher. Any references to these organizations, or to specific tests they administer, are for descriptive and educational purposes only. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced belong to their respective owners.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any aptitude test, qualifying for any apprenticeship, receiving any job offer, or achieving any particular score. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the actual content and format of the test you take, which may differ from the practice material provided here.

4. Purchases, Access, and Refunds

• Full access to TradeEntrance is sold as a one-time purchase granting access for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, with no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Each access code may be redeemed once, on one device. Codes are not transferable and may not be shared, resold, or redeemed more than once; a code that has already been redeemed will be rejected. If you need to move your access to a new or different device, contact us and we will help.
• Because access is delivered digitally and instantly (via an emailed access code), all sales are final once an access code has been issued, except as required by applicable law.
• If you have a purchase issue (a code that never arrived, a duplicate charge, or a code that does not work), contact us at creekstoneexteriorservices@gmail.com and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share, resell, or redistribute your access code or purchased content to others; (b) scrape, copy, or republish the Service's content wholesale; (c) attempt to circumvent the Service's access controls; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and materials that make up TradeEntrance are the property of Creekstone Exterior Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service for your own personal study.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREEKSTONE EXTERIOR SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
