This Privacy Policy explains how Creekstone Exterior Services LLC ("Creekstone," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with TradeEntrance (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We deliberately collect very little:

• Purchase information. When you buy full access, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your email address, payment details, and billing address to process the charge. We receive your email address and confirmation that payment succeeded. We never see or store your card number.
• License code and email. Your access code is generated and emailed to the address you provide at checkout, using our email delivery provider (Resend).
• Local study progress. Your flashcard ratings, streaks, study-plan settings, and full-access status are stored only in your browser's local storage (`localStorage`) on your own device. We do not operate a server-side account system or database of user profiles, and this data is never transmitted to us.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver the access code you purchased and confirm your purchase.
• To respond if you contact us with a support request.
• We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate TradeEntrance, each of which processes limited data on our behalf:

• Stripe: payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: transactional email delivery (sending your access code).
• Cloudflare: hosts the small server-side function that verifies purchases and issues access codes.
• GitHub Pages: hosts the TradeEntrance website itself.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through their systems.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

TradeEntrance does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember your login state, study progress, and access status on your own device. Clearing your browser's site data will reset this information.

5. Data Retention

We retain purchase and email records for as long as necessary to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and to provide support for issues with your purchase. Local study progress lives entirely on your device and is retained or deleted at your discretion.

6. Your Choices

You may ask us to delete the purchase records we hold about you by emailing us at the address below, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal and accounting purposes. You can clear your locally stored study data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

7. Children's Privacy

TradeEntrance is intended for users preparing for adult trade-apprenticeship entrance exams and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
